Having the 2 descriptions and colours of neck ties in the one ad was misleading to me, I ended up getting the wrong one. I hope I use it.

I’m sorry to see you were disappointed in your experience with Ramblin’ Rose. I am a little confused though… In our prior correspondence you stated that you were missing one necktie in your package and thought you were purchasing two in the listing. In your review though, you stated you ordered the wrong one? Which is it? If you had mentioned you made the wrong choice initially, I would happily have done a return and exchange for you.
Regarding the listing being misleading - it clearly has individual photos, button options to choose which design, and the description reads ‘choose from’. It is formatted like most other online stores with multiple design options. It is always advised to read descriptions thoroughly before purchasing anything online.
